The Massage Centre is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The clinic provides rehabilitation treatments for sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, work related injuries and injuries related day to day living. We cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors. Treatment is provided in a safe, non invasive, and relaxing environment.

About Us

We offer the highest quality of care to all our clients. We are friendly, knowledgeable and care about all aspects of your treatment. Each treatment is customize to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual. As part of our service, we will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises.

Amber Bridges


I have been a massage therapist for 14 years and took my massage therapy training in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Upon graduating massage school I set up practice in my home town  where I  still have some faithful clients today.   The reason for my training was low back pain as a teenager, among other ailments, in which I saw a massage therapist.  I feel that due to past injuries I can have empathy and compassion in my work as a therapist, to do the best I can do for my clients.

I thrive on learning new techniques and medical knowledge on a continual basis.  Some of my future classes I hope to take will be in Thai massage, acupuncture, spider taping and equine/animal massage.

In my spare time, I   enjoy keeping myself healthy by working out regularly, running, playing ringette and volleyball.  I also enjoy cooking and spending time with family and friends entertaining!

Please feel free to contact me for any questions regarding your care.  As you will see I work in two locations, Sunridge & Elgin Village.  At the Elgin Village location is by referral only please.

I have been a massage therapist since 2001, when I graduated from Mount Royal College/University in Calgary and am a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.

I have worked in Chiropractors offices, a spa, and a massage clinic,  as well as working from home.  Now that my Daughter is in school full time, I am excited to be returning to full time hours.
